When I arrived, the facilitator of my retreat suggested a plant diet with camalonga (a plant for developing lucid dreams). I immediately agreed, as I practiced lucid dreaming several years ago by studying various books and videos but then I gave it up because I changed jobs and my workload and fatigue increased greatly.
The retreat turned out to be not easy, strong dietary restrictions, discipline, increased attention to my actions.
At first, I didn’t feel any effect at all and wanted to give up with camalonga, I was nervous and irritated.
But then, the mind began to calm down, the body began to gain lightness, anxiety about life and urgent matters in the city faded into the background.
And when a subspace first opened up in front of me, through which I easily penetrated into the dream, realizing myself in it, while feeling and hearing the spirit of camalonga, guiding and giving energetic support, I was very inspired. During 1 week camalonga retreat here in the jungle I’ve got more experience and knowledge than 1.5 years of independent practice with the books in my city.
The most amazing thing is that the spirit of the plant continues to teach and guide day-by-day even after returning to normal life, which happens very naturally.
It was a mystical and useful experience, thanks to the entire team of the retreat center for their competent and individual approach to personal work.
