On the Internet era, it is no need to make special efforts to find information about Ayahuasca. There are so many articles, reviews, blogs there. Usually, everyone is very satisfied, rarely someone is not satisfied with the organizers or the master of the ceremonies – the shaman. In their feedbacks participants describes how they manage to introduce the acquired knowledge into everyday life, how everything happened. It is strange, but they ignored some details-challenges which may take place.
Yes, it MAY take place, but not inevitably.
I would like to clarify right away, that I am based on personal experience. I know many people who saw similar phenomenon as well.
“Jumps back.”
Almost everyone faces this “syndrome” in any field of activity. Just recall how, summoned to the school blackboard you could not speak a single word, even if you did your homework. In my experiment with Ayahuasca, I found out three options to deal with new knowledge and awareness.
1. You can forget it at all, and refuse to remember. It looks like putting a significant amount of money in a bank cell and forget about it. Despite this, Ayahuasca still gently continues to straighten flows, and gives you knowledge. It doesn’t matter why you don’t want to remember something (scary, disgusting, etc.). As long as you refuse to remember, you take less benefits of this experience. A man simply lives and does not remember what he really can do.
2. You can remember, but do not use. As for me, this is one of the indicators of the limitlessness human stupidity. You collected a huge set of instruments, but do not use any of them even if necessary. Such way you go against your nature, and causing anger, aggression, dissatisfaction, the search for the guilty, self-pity and depression.
Despite the fact that Ayahuasca heals a person depression, you can stuck in it for a long time. These “effects” are not caused by the adoption of a plant – it is just because your decision not to change yourself. Patterns of behavior which are the subject to change or termination, it is like “demons”, fighting for a human soul and destroying him.
It makes no sense to fight them; by doing this you are only feeding them.
With this approach to the acquired knowledge, a person often lives an ordinary life, trying to forget everything. But he is unlikely succeed. A sense of self-pity, regret for missed opportunities, will chase him till the end of his life. There is only one correct way out (see Section 3). Then you can live an ordinary life that will become much more effective and colorful.
3. You can use new knowledge to organize a new sequence of actions and reactions in accordance with them. This is the easiest and most effective way to change your picture of the world and your life in particularly. Just use new skills, and actions become easy, effective, without spending excessive energy.
Yes, there will be jumps back, but if you do not retreat to the position described a little higher, the changes occur very quickly.
If someone has a similar situation, do not stop, no matter how hard it is. Remember your experience and turn these memories into action. Stop feeding your “demons” – use your will and discipline. Make other actions or the same ones, but in a different way. This moment will definitely be a breakthrough.
